Multiple Product Orders  by 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Out-of-Stock Products  by

Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM  , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns & Exchanges  by 

F2 Golf offers a 60-day money back guarantee! If any F2 Golf product does not improve your game, F2 Golf will exchange or refund the product purchase price for items purchased through our call center or website within 60 days of product receipt. Please see our 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are with in the 60 day money back guarantee and would like to return your F2 Golf purchase, please use your order number as the Return Authorization Number and send the product back to the below address.  Please also put the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box, or on the actual shipping label.

The customer will pay for freight on all non-defective merchandise. If you choose to return your club, you must include a copy of your original receipt with your return, or a note that includes your invoice number, name, address, phone number, and email address. Please also let us know your reason for the return. Your account will be credited for the price of the club(s) you ordered. Once we process your return it will take 5-7 business days for the funds to show in your account, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

UPS ground shipping will be covered by F2 Golf on warranty and defective returns only. Customers are responsible for shipping all returned merchandise back to F2 Golf. Customers are requested to appropriately pack the returned items in the original box and use adequate packing material. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

F2 Golf will not accept returns on items that are missing components such as head covers, weights and tools, or in the case of customer induced dings, chips, tire marks, deep scratches, unusual rusting or excessively bent shafts. Should we receive returns that are missing components or are otherwise incomplete, then the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the incomplete return.

Shipping Policy  by 

Shipping Methods

F2 Golf ships packages using the following methods: USPS Priority, UPS Ground and Air. We are sorry, but we are not able to ship under your account number.

Shipping Timeframe

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 weeks from when the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. All custom orders may take an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. If you do not receive your order within this time frame please call our Customer Service Center between 9am and 5pm PST or email us at service@f2golf.com. We cannot make rush deliveries to PO Boxes. You can check the status of your order online 24 hours a day by going to usps.com or ups.com (depending on which method was used to ship your order) and entering the tracking number provided via e-mail at the time your purchased is shipped.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive.Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by F2 Golf or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Shipping Rates

Shipping and Handling fees are $19.95 within the 48 contiguous United States. The shipping rate for a set of irons is $29.95. If your item was shipped for free, and you refuse, cancel or return your order once it has shipped to you, the cost for shipping and/or a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Expedited shipping rates within the US are $29.95 and 39.95 for two or more clubs when USPS is used to ship your product.

USPS Express Mail guarantees that the product will be delivered with in two business days anywhere with in the domestic US. Multiple club orders will have varying shipping rates depending upon the number of clubs ordered..

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS parcel post; they can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail but will be subject to a surcharge.

Canadian Shipments

Orders to Canada are shipped via Priority Mail International and are subject to a surcharge based upon the quantity of clubs purchased.

Canadian customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes imposed by their country. Canadian customers should check with their local government concerning such charges.

International Shipments

International orders other than Canada are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail with the shipping charge based on size, weight, and service availability from the USA to your country. International orders outside of the US or Canada are subject to a surcharge of $50.00 on all orders.

Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
